Consolidated Pipe & Tube Co., Inc. is pleased to offer in-house custom fabrication services for those times when an "off-the-shelf" item just won't work. Depending upon the circumstance, we can generally ship most custom requests in 1-2 days.

Although most fittings we sell are galvanized we regret we are not able to offer that option on custom fabricated fittings. We can, however, prime and paint the fittings if time and weather permit.

We have a philosophy that if you have a need for a special fitting other's will too. If we see repeat orders for an item, there is a possibility that we will make that a stock item and offer it to others. The benefit for you is that when you need that item again it will be here, on the shelf, ready for shipment.

Below are some of the pieces of which fittings can be fabricated. These pieces can be welded to one another, adapted from one diameter to another, or welded to pre-made bodies to form a tee, a 45 elbow or a 90 elbow.
